In June 2019, for the 6^th year, Erika D. Hart attended Michigan ICLE’s Probate & Estate Planning Institute in order to keep current on trends in the probate and estate planning field.  This year, the program took a deep dive into how to address real property held in trust or through the probate system.  In addition, Erika sharpened her business and estate planning knowledge with additional sections preparing for and effectuating the transfer of ownership of business upon the death of an owner/shareholder.  Continuing education is a valued component of The Taunt Law Firm’s approach to client care and satisfaction, to ensure we have the most updated approach to solve our client’s pending and future concerns.
