Dean focuses his practice on bankruptcy/insolvency matters, general business representation, real estate transactions, and business litigation. In many instances, these areas of practice intersect, giving Dean a unique perspective and range of expertise to meet the needs of his clients. Specifically, Dean has more than 15 years of experience and has demonstrated success in and out of the courtroom in the following areas:
Representation of Debtors, Creditors, and Bankruptcy Trustees in bankruptcy case
Bankruptcy Litigation, including:
