With over 25 years as a paralegal, Margie has a background in bankruptcy, estate planning and litigation. Consistent with the firm’s broad range of practice, Margie is skilled in all aspects of litigation including drafting, service, discovery, and motion practice in bankruptcy court, state court, federal court, and probate court.

Margie regularly performs the following duties:

Assist in representation of Chapter 7 bankruptcy debtors and trustees throughout the Midwest.

Assist in drafting estate planning and real estate documents.

Discovery document production and organization on litigation matters as required.

Legal and online research to support client needs.
